101 Goals in 1001 days!

Back in 2020, when the world was shut down I had come across a website called the Day Zero Project. It was a ray of hope, reminding me that I have a future, and can work towards doing things that inspire me. If you haven’t heard of this challenge, you come up with 101 goals that you want to complete in 1001 days. These goals should be things that inspire you to push harder, be the better version of yourself, and really live! If you search up the “Day Zero Project” you will see that many lifestyle bloggers participate in this challenge and post their experience and list, just as I am about to do. Take these lists as suggestions for what you could look forward to in the 2.75 years. You can also go to www.dayzeroproject.com to see more options, make a list and track your progress. They have amazing ideas there!

Well my first (and second) 1001 days are over. It came as a real shock to me when my first Day Zero project came to an end in December of 2022. I remembered writing my first one on my bed and gawking at the idea that I’d be 20 and in college by that point. Here I am, 22 years old, creating my third set of challenges! Hopefully I will do better than just 33/101 goals, and 43/101 goals this time! Then again, of those goals, I graduated, got my black belt in TaeKwonDo, spoke in front of a crowd of over 100 people, traveled to Orlando, and saw the Northern Lights for the first time.

This list is focused heavily on small activities I can participate in to live life to its fullest. After I had moved out, and focused my attention on attending college and making a life for myself, I was rudely awakened to the fact that I maybe participated in 5 events total last year. Unacceptable! I know life is busy but not taking time to experience life has left me in a state of disarray. So let these ideas inspire you to both enjoy the little events in life, and know that you don’t need big, outlandish goals to live life to the fullest!
